RADIOLOGY: PANCREAS: Case# 33687: MILD PANCREATITIS. Patient is a 38 year old black female who presents with "stomach cramps" for one day. 1. Prominent pancreas with mild wispy changes in the peripancreatic fat. This could represent evidence of mild pancreatitis. 2. Gallstones are not seen on the examination; however, cholelithiasis cannot be excluded on the basis of this CT. There is no evidence for biliary ductal dilatation or pericholecystic fluid. 3. Crossed-fused ectopia of the kidneys with mild pelviectasis.
