A 90 year old woman with a questionable mass in the lower abdomen on clinical exam and mild left lower quadrant and periumbilical pain. Cortical thickening and trabecular coarsening in multiple lumbar vertebral bodies and in the pelvis, most prominent in the right iliac bone.
