RADIOLOGY: KIDNEY: Case# 33040: RENAL LACERATION W/ PERINEPHRIC HEMATOMA. The patient is a fifty-one year old diabetic with left lower quadrant pain. No history of trauma. 1) Left subcapsular hematoma without evidence of infection. Although no focal parenchymal lesion is identified, this cannot be ruled out as a source of the bleeding.
