RADIOLOGY: ABDOMEN: Case# 32914: TRANSPOSITION OF IVC. Patient is a 50 year old white female with a history of breast carcinoma1. Low attenuation liver lesion consistent with metastatic disease from patients known breast carcinoma, as described above. 2. Status post right mastectomy with implant. 3. Right adnexal cyst. Possible etiologies include ovarian cysts, hydrosalpinx or metastatic lesion (felt to be less likely).
