RADIOLOGY: KIDNEY: Case# 32903: HIGH GRADE B-CELL LYMPHOMA - PERINEPHRIC. 65 year old male patient is being evaluated for follow-up of lymphoma. The liver, spleen, adrenals, and pancreas are unremarkable. There is a soft tissue mass contiguous with the anterior aspect of the left kidney measuring 6.0cm transverse x 2.4cm AP x 6.0cm craniocaudal. This is consistent with a lymphomatous tumor mass. There are streaky changes in the mesenteric fat, though there are no discrete focal masses or adenopathy in the mesentery. There is atherosclerotic change in the aorta, with circumferential thrombus present.
