RADIOLOGY: GASTROINTESTINAL: GI: Case# 32862: LYMPHOMA WITH DIFUSE COLONIC & GASTRIC INVOLVEMENT. 57 year old male with history of colonic polyps. Numerous soft tissue masses arise from the wall of the stomach and extend into the lumen. Multiple polypoid soft tissue masses arise from the wall diffusely throughout the colon and rectum. In addition, there are numerous enlarged lymph nodes within the retroperitoneum and mesentery. The spleen is enlarged.
