RADIOLOGY: GASTROINTESTINAL: GI: Case# 32788: METASTATIC LYEOMYOSARCOMA (PRIMARY GASTRIC). 64-year-old male S/P resection of gastric leiomyosarcoma. 1. S/P resection of gastric leiomyosarcoma with recurrent/metastatic disease involving retroperitoneal, retrocrural and mesenteric adenopathy. The tumor also appears to locally invade the biliary tree tracking up into the gallbladder which is grossly thickened and irregular. Comparison with the prior studies demonstrates progression of disease.
