RADIOLOGY: ABDOMEN: Case# 32785: BIG LYMPHOMA - ?ILIAC PAGETS. 81 year old gentleman. 1. Extensive retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy and intra-abodminal and lower chest lymphadenopathy as described above. 2. A 2 cm ischiorectal fossa abscess. 3. Small ventral hernia with no evidence of complication. 4. Pagets disease involving T12, L3 and right hemipelvis.
