RADIOLOGY: PANCREAS: Case# 32782: PANCREATIC MASS. 61 year old female with abdominal pain. Heterogeneous mass in the pancreatic head with pancreatic ductal and biliary dilatation and upper abdominal lymphadenopathy are consistent with pancreatic carcinoma with nodal metastasis.
