About the Distinguished Service Award:

The Distinguished Service Award is designed to recognize an individual's exceptional lifetime contribution to the mission of GRIPE.

Letters to the GRIPE Executive Committee from three GRIPE Members from separate institutions are required to nominate an individual.  Letters may also come from outside the GRIPE organization.  Attached as a Microsoft Word file is the form to use to nominate someone for this award.
